add fonts

1. download any fonts you want from internet. let’s say ttf file.
you can put it in any directory actually, but default is /usr/share/fonts/TTF (for ttf)
2. move to that directory
#cd /usr/share/fonts/TTF
3. execute mkfontscale and mkfontdir
4. check whether your xorg.conf have a line in Section Files
Section “Files”
FontPath /usr/share/fonts/TTF
5. you can add the line of the directory where you put your font in the xorg.conf
ex: FontPath /home/user/fonts/
6. restart your X by simply log out and then log in again.
