Ubuntu boot option for booting problem

I dont know why ubuntu won’t boot in most notebook. It always need extra parameter boot to make Ubuntu work and we can install it to the notebook.
I figured this is because acpi thing or lcd display is not compatible.

After booting from cd and appear some menu, like Try or Install ubuntu bla bla…
press F6 and check list this option
1. acpi=off
2. noapic
3. nolapic

or simply press esc then add this line
noapic nolapic vga=771

option vga will be needed if the display won’t display properly. 771 is standar vga resolution.
