unlock keyring ubuntu 9.04

I just don’t remember why my Ubuntu 9.04 in my friend’s notebook suddenly refusing to login using his username and password. He didn’t forget the password. So what was happening?
I think it happened because he tried to access to his wireless connection but receiving this error.
It seemed the problem was caused by the automatic login process that required no password box. The connection required some authentication from it to connect. But somehow failed to make the setting to work.

So after googling, I tried this trick to recover the error
Delete this file under your home folder.
#cd .gnome2/keyrings/
#rm default.keyring
#rm login.keyrings

Ubuntu will recover the setting automatically and then the wireless connection will be ok to connect with no error anymore.
